Not all competitions are indexed

Only a small subset of competitions are indexed. We have 100 codalab competitions, 100 kaggle competitions, and a few others (RAMP, LRI), I suppose these are the numbers we see:

What we want is to index ALL competitions and show for each site its OWN competition numbers.
For example:
Codalab https://competitions.codalab.org/ alone has 291 published competitions.
Kaggle https://www.kaggle.com/competitions has 320
Kaggle in class has over 800

We should also index
