This proposal transfers 1,000,000 $ARENA tokens for Code4 Corporation to distribute to DAO contributors on an as needed basis, for things such as automated findings, bot race judging, and other contributions.
As set forth in C4IP-8, Code4 Corporation is responsible for verifying contributions that rise to the level of deserving DAO grants of $ARENA tokens.
Code4 shall keep records of $ARENA grants and periodically provide reporting on them.
