Add a toggle and shortcut for Ambient mode

⚬ PROBLEM:
I have no use for Ambient mode and believe it uses more power and memory when enabled. I'm on a old mac, so I want to preserve power and memory usage as much as possible.

⚬ SOLUTION:

• A toggle for turning amient mode off as default.
• An entry for setting a keyboard shortcut for Ambient mode

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

• An entry for setting a keyboard shortcut for Ambient mode, so it's at least easy to turn off.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE:
Yes. 50% - everyone with older hardware and users who default to theater mode/have closed sidebar, as it doesn't work with that anyway (but might in the future).

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
Less power and memory usage.

• you can try disabling this with our "desert theme". - and if thats something you want gone always, from here whats missing is >just to copy paste and rename one of our buttons and to decide an appropriate spot below more important features

BTW, you can also try disabling it with our themes, like "black" or custom: primary color.

Other solution;

uBlock Origin custom rule that allows you to get rid of Ambient Mode:

youtube.com###cinematics :empty
