Breaking change
Added support for domains to work with HA version 0.104 and later, all_* groups are no longer supported.
Please go into preferences and choose which domains you want to show. By default all 4 domains supported in HA Menu are enabled.
Custom groups are still supported and will be shown in addition to the domains selected.
