Once #37 is merged, the current basic projects section looks like this:

This has not yet been closed, since the section hasn't been fully formed yet. When we worked on this last it was during a team meeting, and we only focused on creating the "bare bones" or infrastructure. Once this section has been completed (with CSS and thus after it has been integrated into a single React app) then this issue can be closed.
