This task was assigned to Jamie Bort from Jim.
I am tasked with plotting the annual population of counties in this region (Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, and Johnson).
Jim suggested that a line graph would be a good way of doing it. He also suggested that I use Data-Forge Notebook because it's a good data analysis tool.
The data comes from NC Office of Management and Budget.
