countAllResults() should respect soft deletes #1617

CodeIgniter does not respect soft deletes when counting records.

Workaround:
Add this to your model

    public function countAllResults($reset = true, $test = false) {
        if($this->tempUseSoftDeletes === true) { 
            parent::where($this->deletedField, 0);
        }

        return parent::countAllResults($reset, $test);
    }
