Steps to reproduce

I followed all the documentation on the setup. The API is also enabled for a long time, so that's not really an issue.

What can be done to fix this?

Publishing failed :|
Google Play failed to upload artefacts. Google Play Android Developer API has not been used in project  'number' before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/androidpublisher.googleapis.com/overview?project= 'number' then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.: {

If the API has been enabled for an extended period. Please create a new one, as indicated in the documentation below, and try again.
