Support for scene comment & play comment. #1

Very hard to implement without a specific markup and has conflict with replica text.

Theses comments could be found :

after metadata block, before first scene label
after metadata block, before first replica (for a play without scene)
between two scenes
just after a scene label (before the first replica)
