I've Download the v0.3.8 portable for windows but cant use pip

What should i do guys? Should I create a venv like in linux?
I am trying install all my custom_node using a script, but it not work, by this reason i try use your update bat file and get the same error.

Windows Version 23H2 (SO 22631.4602)
Not python installed in my SO (I have pyenv only and not global mode defined)

Also tried with this command

..\python_embeded\python.exe -s -m pip config set global.require-virtualenv false

but dont work, the result is the same.

Nope, i dont have python in my SO, i am using the embeded only
