Searching for Events

Wanted to know if we have a plan on how to search for events. Obviously, this is not an immediate priority at all.

I'd experimented with Meilisearch for our golang server and liked the idea of keeping an index of events there. The Synapse search API seemed to be subpar, or perhaps I was using it wrong. I liked that Meilisearch was able to return more accurate (fuzzy search) results, and faster.

Thoughts @EstebanBorai? Perhaps we can stick to Synapse for now to keep things simple.

Hey @ChurchOfTheSubgenius, I think I would stick to the API until a problem arises with it.

Then I would figure out an optimization based on the problem's source.

But in any case, I think only recent events are likely to be relevant, se caching those could be enough at the beginning.
