Update CLI to search for well-known locations for commands

Presently, all of the commands in the CLI are hardcoded and compiled into the OS itself.

I'd like to update this such that commands can be compiled separately and stored on the file system. Then the CLI can look in well known places + PATH for these files and try to execute them.
