CMake imported target of upstream is not namespaced: https://github.com/ETLCPP/etl/blob/323f8eeff892525cacd298efeceb4740f24479c9/CMakeLists.txt#L22

It should be fixed in the recipe. conan-io/conan#8533 would avoid the usual and tedious workaround we have in CCI, but it has not been ported to cmake_find_package_* generators.
