Update Community Translation to v1.7.0

Could someone please update Community Translation to v1.7.0 (full changelog)?

This new version adds a new option to specify if the "last login date/time" should be displayed in pages like this.
It's useful to know which team coordinator is active, so that I can suggest translators to contact her/him (or to promote translators if they are very active).
