I think the answer right now is no. Here is why.

1. We don't have any specs or standards or code for how to handle a situation where we upload to more than one spot and thus possibly generate incompatible or different repodata. There is also the issue of ensuring the packages themselves are the same in both spots etc.

2. Prefix already mirrors conda-forge.

3. We'd have to adjust our upload permissions process to handle prefix as well.

Given these things and the ongoing OCI discussion, I think this specific technical path is lower priority and likely won't happen.
