In a recent version of Selenium, they moved to using selenium-manager. However, it is a separate package in conda and therefore is installed in a different location than the Selenium dev team expected. I made a PR (now committed) that finds the active conda environment folder and looks for selenium-manager there.

I believe this is resolved now, please open a new issue if the as-shipped selenium(-manager)s are not working for your use case.
