This package was previously developed as just snmpsim by a since-passed developer (etingof), but has since, together with its ecosystem, been taken on by lextudio. There are dependencies (1-2 steps out) which already exist on conda-forge but under their previous names: pysnmp (now pysnmp-lextudio), pyasn1, pysnmpcrypto, pysmi (now pysmi-lextudio).
