Rename consensus-shipyard/lotus into consensus-shipyard/eudico and make it the main code base for IPC.

  • Rebase lotus and target a branch with support for native FVM WASM actors (feat/nv18).
  • Make it an independent project even if it is still a fork of Lotus so we can enable our own CI/CD pipeline.
