AFAICS the version is being maintained in

storage/tests/tools/Makefile

Line 32 in 11c8426

$(BUILDDIR)/golangci-lint: VERSION=v1.55.2

, and only updated manually.

Many of our other projects have version updates automatically filed via Renovate, it would be nice for c/storage to have the same.
