Blank screen on install

I've set up modeify on heroku and while the log shows no issues my browser only shows a blank screen.

Build.js and en.js are showing errors. (they contain html code instead of JavaScript)

I didn't want to deal with Mapzen so I'm at the second newest commute.

I kind of want this running soon so any help would be greatly appreciated.
