Upload Projects from my own Device and file browser

I want to upload files and projects from my own device and I only see GitHub and Docker options, so why isn't there a local option like uploading regular files by clicking and choosing the file format zip or folder
I also think that you can add something like a file manager to control and modify all projects from internal files.
This would be an additional option to as GitHub and Docker.
I think it will be suitable for all people and all requirements.
You can use a file browser that will be convenient.
