Banana bread

(1 cup = 250 g)
- 2 cup flour
- 1 packet levure
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed, very ripe bananas (3 to 5 bananas)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Sift flour, salt, levure Cream butter, add sugar, mix well, add eggs + bananas. Combine milk and lemon juice which will curdle.
Mix together flour and milk mixtures. Blend well.
Cook at temperature 6, ~ 45 minutes.
