Historically Ignition only supports the Azure "custom data" mechanism, but we'll support the new IMDS userdata mechanism once flatcar/ignition#39 comes upstream. Ideally kola would test both.

Hello, just for your information we decided to go with this commit: flatcar/mantle@7e156f8 and to test by default user data from IMDS except for older Flatcar versions (LTS) that still relies on "custom data".

This is available in Ignition 2.14.0+.
