Currently both backup-operator and restore-operator have their own versions -- 0.0.1+git . Going to resolve this in later release.

Based on current release schedule, we will combine them into same version which the release version for short term. But backup and restore API is alpha while etcdcluster API is beta. We have less guarantee and support for alpha API.
