Update Vultr docs to use standard images #570

Vultr reports that they now automatically update their standard FCOS images every week. We should:

Verify that the standard images are indeed current, and that they're unmodified.
Drop the disrecommendation of the standard images from our Vultr docs page.
Consider dropping the custom snapshot docs and just recommending the standard image flow.
