UI Block: Gantt chart

Motivation: Build a project manager app for Corteza.

For project management purposes, this would be a reasonable block to have.
Been thinking how could such a block be "deconstructed" like the Kanban was with individual Record Organizer UIBs.
I'd argue there's no much margin here as it should be possible to dynamically create new entries (tasks) and this in a nested way.

I am also wondering if there wouldn't be a Vue Gantt component that we could reuse in order to avoid reinventing the wheel.
We could to some research for you on that.
