[Epic]: remove amino usage

Summary

in 0.50 we have automated a amino encoding for transactions. This removes the need to register amino codecs and to use them. Throughout the years we have added various designs in order to make working with legacy amino easier. We should remove these added designs. f

Problem Definition

Legacy amino registration is still present in the repository, we should remove this to reduce boilerplate but also to help reduce maintenance
