I am in Crypto.com new chain with a vesting account.

Amount X is locked.

I transfer to this Account other Token.

Want to delegate all Token - not possible

Want to delegate Part of Token - not possible

Want to send Part of Token - not possible

How is the solution?

The vesting Account ist: /cosmos.vesting.v1beta1.DelayedVestingAccount
Actual Version of Cosmos SDK 0.42.3

The Vesting Account is in Genesis Block.

To this address is send Token. This token I want to delegate.

But this is not possible.

I expect that the amount in Genesis File is locked. And addional Amount is free available.
But this is not so.

I read that is a bug in the new SDK Cosmos Version.
