Added these chains:

rly chains add testnets/stargazetestnet testnets/junotestnet testnets/terra2testnet

But when I try rly --home $COSMOS_RELAYER_HOME paths fetch, then I get this error:

failure retrieving: stargazetestnet-terra2testnet: consider adding to cosmos/chain-registry: ERR: no file named stargazetestnet-terra2testnet.json found in _IBC
failure retrieving: junotestnet-stargazetestnet: consider adding to cosmos/chain-registry: ERR: no file named junotestnet-stargazetestnet.json found in _IBC
failure retrieving: junotestnet-terra2testnet: consider adding to cosmos/chain-registry: ERR: no file named junotestnet-terra2testnet.json found in _IBC
