https://github.com/cosmos/relayer/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md references community@interchain.io as the contact point, which should be updated to something more relevant.

Most likely there is other bitrot in the documentation and it should be updated to be current.

(The one currently live is v1.4 which is out of date)
