Adi from Informal informed us about impending split in ibc-rs repo:
"We plan to split the informalsystems/ibc-rs repo in two parts: one for Hermes and one dedicated to the modules in Rust. The reason for this change is to decouple the two codebases, enable easier maintenance & clearer interfaces between the modules and relayer in Rust.
We plan to execute this change before the end of next week (end of September). Downstream dependencies on published versions of the crates do not need to do anything, while dependencies on Git revisions of the crates should be able to handle this split without much overhead by simply updating their Cargo.toml manifest to point to the new repositories."
I think we have links to these repos that may need updating...

After the split, the Hermes repository will live at https://github.com/informalsystems/hermes while the IBC modules repository will live at https://github.com/cosmos/ibc-rs. Additionally, the ibc-proto crate will live in its own repository at https://github.com/cosmos/ibc-proto. Note that all crate names remain unchanged, only repository names will change.
Follow here for more context: informalsystems/hermes#2639.
