This cvms repo is open source repository to share all cosmos ecosystem validators and node operators. And so, we need to decide a policy to update support_chains.yaml for adding new testnet chains and for removing old chains.

There were already some branches in this repo. like #15 #21 etc.

I thought this repo's branch should be protected to clean up for all developers that's why even if our Cosmostation team shouldn't make a new branch. Instead of that, a PR requester fork this repo firstly and make a new PR like #8
