Insigna USB Bluetooth - BCM_4350C2 îs not working, may be broken in 12.6 but was working in BigSur.

Fixed by using BrcmFirmwareData.kext, BrcmPatchRAM3.kext, and BluetoolFixup.kext.
First reboot had kernel panic, restarted twice without issue.
