If you experience problems with {{site.data.keyword.Bluemix}}, you can use this troubleshooting information to identify and resolve the problem.
Log in to the {{site.data.keyword.Bluemix_notm}} console:
- To view the status of the running services and runtimes, click Support > Status in the menu bar.
- To view notifications, click Manage > Account > Platform Notifications in the menu bar.
- To search the documentation and Stack Overflow or developerWorks (dW) Answers forums for answers, manage tickets, or to contact Support from the Support Center, click Support > Support Center in the menu bar.
