Colocated server

There is no option for colocated type. Maybe the mappings for server types (id => string) should be in a table and not in the code.

Yea it looks like @Ne00n pulled that from my fork :-) Anyway thanks for continuing the development.

I did, I wanted to use it, to build up a list with servers I do own.
But I never came around to it yet.

Hence I bug fixed a few things, updated it to PHP 8.3 seems to run fine and PHP 8.3 is still long supported anyway.
Updated the dependencies but that's it.

Happy to fork yours again though.
Maybe in a few weeks, I will start using it, probably automate the docker builds at least weekly too.

@Ne00n There is an agent for my-idlers which can also register new servers: https://git.bitmessage.org/Sysdeploy/idlers-agent , it's sort of an alternative to YABS with a different focus. That may help you build the database faster.
