There seem to have been some changes in the way Shiny operates that I hadn't noticed, due to lacking test for Shiny items.

What I've seen so far:

  1. No done button on view_artefacts
    2. Using view_ica attempts to install additional packages without warning or telling what the packages are Fixed on dev
    3. Impossible to select components from view_ica Fixed on dev
    4. interactive_scalp errors with missing columns Fixed on dev
  2. icons are missing from interactive_scalp UI
