[5.x]: [5.x]: When using some matrix fields, if I add mutiple entries in the matrix, decide to then delete the matrix and save the entry the form appears to fail.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a matrix field, add some entries in the matrix then delete the matrix before saving.
2. It may be relevent that there is a nested matrix in the matrix entry.

Expected behavior

The entry would save as normal.

Actual behavior

The admin form appears to crash and also crashes the server.

Hi, I’m not able to reproduce that. Can you please send a database backup and your Composer files into support@craftcms.com and point us to the entry where this is happening?
