Subject: [PATCH] Home: Expand explainer text about CrateDB Cloud

For categorization purposes, use two pillars, "Database Features" vs.
"Operational Benefits".

For layout purposes, use a basic two-column grid layout. Also use
"rubric" elements for designating subsections.
