Documentation feedback on /docs/install/redhat.rst (reading flow)

Hi there. We have a few details to report about.

Coverage

Based on the instructions, we have been able to install the package successfully on those systems:

• AmazonLinux: amazonlinux:2023.4.20240401.1, amazonlinux:latest
• AlmaLinux: almalinux:9
• Red Hat: quay.io/centos/centos:stream9, registry.access.redhat.com/ubi9/ubi, fedora:41

It does not work yet on SUSE and derivates.

• SUSE: registry.suse.com/bci/bci-base, registry.suse.com/suse/sle15, opensuse/tumbleweed, opensuse/leap

Reading flow

The reading flow can be improved, and made more copy/paste friendly. It also may make sense to have a dedicated section for Red Hat vs. SUSE, because relevant commands are actually different, and should not just replace "dnf" with "zypper".
