Rasterio Source should load all bands by default, and subdatasets as well #420

Description
The Rasterio by default loads the first band, unlike other nodes. Also, for subdatasets, the data cannot be loaded directly from the source filename. Users have to specify the DRIVER:FUNCTION:FILENAME as the source. We should be able to handle this automatically.

This is pretty low priority and I'd say it's a nice-to-have right now.
