I'm working on Automotive Grade Linux (AGL) project that is based on Yocto and OpenEmbedded and I'm wondering if CROPS is the right tool to cross-build an AGL application ?
The communication mechanism of CROPS (based on CEED / TUFF / CODI) seems to be abandonned and superseded by eclipse-corps plugin.
But this solution (from my point of view) is too restrictive compared to the initial one.
Moreover, is there any technical choices that have already be done to support remote containers ?
When I say remote, I mean containers running in the Cloud preventing docker volume mount point usage and consequently that requires some mechanisms to synchronize files.
Any comments are appreciated.
Regards,
Sebastien.

It's more a question rather an issue.
