The documentation is missing a step to install a provider. #345

I was following the documentation for Azure and run into this error:

no matches for kind "providerconfig" in version "azure.crossplane.io/v1beta1

When I ran: kubectl apply -f providerconfig.yaml

Turned out I hadn't installed the Azure provider because it wasn't mentioned in the documentation, so installed by running:

kubectl crossplane install provider crossplane/provider-azure:v.19.0
