[CNCF TOC] Vendor Neutrality - Providers

The Providers page does not make clear which providers are 'provided' by a vendor or are community managed.

Please outline the difference between community and vendor-provided providers, migrate the registry to a vendor neutral registry for all community providers and provide information on each providers are supported.

Typically, a project will have a page that transparently lists commercial offerings.
