I just installed Xiphos on Debian 11 (Bullseye, the current stable release, with the Xfce desktop environment) and was reading my Bible this morning, when I noticed the following. Namely, Matthew Henry's Concise Commentaries don't jibe with the selected passage of scripture. For example, I was reading Genesis 35-37 and when highlighted on Genesis 37:2, I was getting commentary for chapter 43 instead -- 6 chapters ahead of where I am right now. Also, the out-of-sync commentaries appear only on certain verses, so you may have to cycle through quite a few verses to see the erratic commentary display.

not seeing a problem.
i've tried several different bibles, put MHCC along with each, surfed through genesis chaps 34-38, haven't seen MHCC get out of sync.
screenshot shows NASB gen.37.2 + MHCC -- correct display.
might need a better repeat-by?
