Current implementation sometimes fails on large transactions or with fast QR rate.

Please report here if you have such an issue:

which side failed to parse - wallet software or Specter-DIY? (to understand if decoding or encoding failed)
how large is the transaction? (number of inputs and outputs)
what wallet software did you use?

Fixed problems by refactoring QR scanner so it scans slower but without errors
