Run latest version of Seafile #4

OCM support in Seafile is very recent, and the docker image I found is from Seafile v7, which is too old.
Maybe I can run Seafile without Docker or create a dockerfile myself for Seafile 8 / latest master.

apt install python3-pip helped, but I could still not make my server at https://sf1.pdsinterop.net look like https://demo.seafile.com/.
Postponing this to phase 2 because I don't think there is much to test yet at Seafile.
