There are issues I solved in the hiperta_stream repo and should solve here as well otherwise...

How should we proceed then ?

• The RTA workflow uses the hiperta_r0_to_dl1lstchain stage (instead of the r0_to_dl1 lstchain stage), and within this stage we also perform the reorganisation; (line 10 and line 86 of hiperta_r0_to_dl1lstchain).

• If we move if from here, we would need to include it in HiPeRTA and thus add the HiPeRTA lib as dependency of the LST_script project...

The reorganiser shouldn't be removed from here (hiperta workflow uses it), but a "homogenisation" of the script must be done (some features added in the hiperta_stream mod that are not included here. PR #122 )
