This adds notebooks for the Pangeo examples from https://github.com/pangeo-data/distributed-array-examples
Fixes #145 and #223 which needed the work on
groupby(#448), and also improves the vorticity example (#144) now that we havepadandmap_overlap.The examples all run locally on a small amount of data - no work has gone into optimizing them to run on larger datasets in the cloud.
