Summary

Something weird is going on here: #603 (comment)

Expected Behavior

#cd and other methods that start an environment block should start from the actual current environment at that point. It seems #cd is not doing so in the build linked above, since there is code in Aruba that sets the JRUBY_OPTS env var and it looks like that set value is ignored.

Possible Solution

None, more investigation is needed.

I'm going to close this for now since the specs explicitely test using the current ENV. The build failure was fixed anyway.
