Secretless Connector Plugin Interface

In this effort we’ll be creating a new public interface for Secretless service connector plugins so that it will be easier than ever to add a new built-in or external plugin to the Secretless project. As part of the effort, we’ll also be doing work internally to rework how the core is implemented to match this new interface, which will also enable us to improve our unit test coverage as part of this effort as well as going forward, and will overall improve the maintainability and readability of the project.
